FOR ADMISSION TO GENERAL COURSES 2019-2020
This is notified for information to all concerned that for admission to 1st Year Degree General Course (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) 2019-2020, as per C.B.C.S. regulations, candidates are requested to follow our College website : www.sambhunathcollege.ac.in
Minimum eligibility criteria : Candidate must have passed H.S. or equivalent Examination in the year 2016 or 2017 or 2018 or 2019 with requisite numbers.
30 % Marks in Aggregate - [Best of five to be considered as Bengali, English & three out of any four optional subjects excluding ENVS].
** A candidate should secure at least Pass marks in the subject he/she has opted for.
** In case of candidates from Science stream opting for Arts stream he/she must secure at least 30% marks in Aggregate [Best of five to be calculated as mentioned above]
Reservation of seats for (SC/ST/OBCA/OBC B /PH) will be followed as per Govt. norms.
Online registration opens on 30.05.2019 & closes on 10.06.2019
Online form fill up and submission : 30.05.2019 to 10.06.2019
For Online Admission at first Candidates have to go through Online Registration Process by providing their
i) M.P./Equivalent Examination Roll No.
ii) Valid Mobile No.
iii) E-mail Id.
Candidates have to deposit Registration Fees through online payment gateway mode (Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking etc.).
Online Registration Fees : Rs 250 + Bank Charges
CANDIDATES HAVE TO UPLOAD ALL THE DOCUMENTS ALONGWITH APPLICATION FORM.
Candidates must preserve the Receipt of the Payment alongwith Print out of application form which will be submitted at the time of verification.

Note for the candidates:
a) Candidates must preserve the Print out of the Application Form and Payment Receipt.
b) Provisional admission fee is to be deposited through online payment gateway mode (Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking).
c) The admission is fully provisional. Final admission will be completed after the verification of all original document at college, after the commencement of the classes.
d) Rest of fees will be collected at the time verification and final admission after commencement of the classes.
FEE STRUCTURE
Arts Pass : (B.A. General without Geography) Rs. 1050.00 + Bank charges
Arts Pass : (B.A. General with Geography) Rs. 1190.00 + Bank charges
Science Pass : Rs. 1190.00 + Bank charges
Commerce Pass : Rs. 1090.00 + Bank charges
Physical Education (General) : Extra 100/- have to be paid in each Semester.
*** CHANGE OF STREAM TO ARTS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AFTER ADMISSION
*** REQUISITE ADMISSION FEES ARE DISPLAYED SEPARATELY IN THE COLLEGE NOTICE BOARD.
*** THE FOLLOWING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS OF MADHYAMIK & H.S. EXAMINATION IS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION.
** ALL TESTIMONIALS OF MADHYAMIK AND H.S. EXAMINATION (SELF ATTESTED).
** SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE IN ORIGINAL.
** PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH OF THE CANDIDATE.
** CANDIDATES BELONGING TO THE CATEGORY OF SC/ST/OBC NEED TO PRODUCE THE ATTESTED COPY OF CERTIFICATE.
*** REST OF THE FEES WILL BE DEPOSITED BY THE CANDIDATE AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION i.e. AFTER COMMENCEMENT OF CLASSES.
*** THE ADMISSION OF CANDIDATE WILL BE LIABLE TO BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME IN THE CASE OF ANY DISCREPANCIES.
